puppy in question was the runt of the litter and was smaller than the rest of the litter, but it was not because the puppy wasn't given the love & nutrition from our kennel before he/she left. All of our puppies come with a 2 year written health guarantee and like I told [redacted] on the phone if she was so unhappy with her puppy she should've given me the breeder a chance to make things right before contacting the Revdex.com. She said that she did call me a few days after she got the puppy, but I assure you if there was a serious problem I would've done my best to make the matter right. She told me on the phone that the puppy is doing fine now & weighs 50+ lbs currently. She did mention that the puppy is showing signs of hip dysplasia & I told her that if he/she has this issue it is covered under my health guarantee. The only thing that makes our health guarantee VOID is if they are not properly cared for once they leave our kennel or if they take them off of the Nuvet vitamins. We require every puppy to stay on these for the first two years of their life. Here is a copy of the health agreement that [redacted] signed when she picked up her puppy.
