[redacted] Office I received a call from the West Shore Hearing Center telling me they would credit my Credit card. Prior to filing the complaints they refused to have any conversations with me to resolve the situation.. The credit of $1,800.00 has been processed and is noted on my credit card statement. I'm sorry I had to go through the compliant process to reach a resolution, but I felt like I had no other option available to me. Thank you for all you do for consumers in your area of service.
