I have used Madison Decorating Ctr in Madison TN twiceThe first time, was through my builder, and it was a great experience, even though I felt that I needed more knowledge of flooring products when I visited the center to make my floor selectionsLack of knowledge and working with this business won't benefit youI chose to go back to Madison Decorating because of their lower prices compared to the big box stores, and the quality of carpet installation in my first homeIn this new home I had all the carpet replacedbedrooms, hall, lg master bed room with a sitting room and a great roomThe old carpet was ripped out and everything was replaced in a day and a halfOne of the installers was dealing with a respotitatory disease and it made it difficult to do his jobSince, then, I have had them out times in last yrs to take the wrinkles out of the carpets in every room, each time( the great room once) Again, the carpet in the great room has developed wrinklesI contacted them in beginning of October, the installer returned my called me a week or two later and wanted to come out in minsI tried to explain to the installer that I was out of town, he seemed to have a problem of understanding thatMadison Decorating's policy is if the installer has time at the end of the day they will contact you to fix the carpet wrinklesI have been patient, very patientI let it go between the holidays, but since then, I have contacted them timesEvery time speaking to one of the ownersThey say that the installer has tried to call me and there has been no answerI have explained to them this is not true and given them my phone number each timeI have had no messages, no phone calls, nothing except for the call in October Now I feel that they are ignoring my request and are giving me the same excuse, "your not answering the phone"If you want new flooring, spend the extra money and go somewhere elseOh, by the way, another rooms' carpet has a wrinkle!
