After dropping off my Rhino on Tuesday afternoon they said to pick it up the next day, because it was only an hour and a half jobAt 2pm on Wednesday the owner, called and left a voicemail asking if there was anyway he could have me pick it up Thursday afternoon because he had to leave at 3pm, if I needed it sooner he could try to have someone else work on itI called and said I really needed it today, for my jobHe scoffed and said "You use this thing for work?!" I said YesHe said "You can pick it up no sooner than 6pm and hung up on me." minutes later he called me back and said that they had ordered the wrong lift and said he looked through all the books and there wasn't a lift for this particular modelI then told him that the gentleman I called and placed my order with said that he made sure that is was for a sport edition with gas shocksThen the owner said "Well I've looked through every book here and there's nothing in here saying that and there's no note of it and that I'll just refund you your moneyI then told him that I needed the money back on my card today
I was then cussed out and verbally assualted by the owner of Westark Yamaha.Â

"You little ***, if I was going to be there when you pick this up, I would break your *** nose." "You're just a *** kid." "A mouthy little ***." "Your Rhino is a piece of *** anyway, the mother *** will be parked out front when you get here."Â
After telling him that there was no need to speak to me in that manner, he kept on and laid it on thicker, so of course, I raised my voice and cussed too.Â
I'm posting this because I was a paying customer and do not believe I should have been talked to in such a tone, and to threaten harm against me, is pushing it way too far.Â
