One of The owners I met on site was shown furniture damaged by the rats , he apologized and promised to refund the last month as advertised on their website. Because we used her last month rent that was on deposit, she does not get a refund. I am saying that using my deposit to pay for the last month means that I did not get the last month free in accordance with their customer satisfaction guarantee posted on their website and promised by one of the owners I complained to on the premises. Isn't that clear from what I said initially. There was no refund for last month's rent based on the complaint I made to him and the other owner I met that promised to not charge for the last month.Is Mr [redacted] saying that they will not support what they claim and promised?Final Business Response Again, here we go. 1. No one ever inspected the rat problem, as we were never notified of such 2. I am the only owner on site, and I NEVER inspected her unit as so claimed3. We do not have a customer satisfaction Guarantee as so described (for a free month rent)4. Out of 400 customers, why is she the only one claiming rats. If she did have rats, then they were attracted to food product that she placed in her storage unit.This customer has not stopped at her attempt to batter us in receiving a refund that she is not entitled to.
