Westbury Bank

The bank retroactively charged me an "overdraft fee" on July 2ndThe account was in the positive, went into the negative, again into a positive status, then they charged me a fee a few days laterThis is usury, greedy, and unfair

Review: West Bend Savings, now Westbury bank has been reporting inaccurate information to the credit bureaus through a company called Oshkosh Recovery. I had closed an account and after the fact OD charges were being accrued that I refused to pay. They are reporting this a date in November 2008 which is false, the debt is past state statue of limitations anyway and should be immediately removed from my credit file.
