In general, Westcare informs every DOT applicant of potential expenses to themEvery applicant is given a "green form" stating the fees for services and subsequent charges for return visits if their DOT exam is not completed same dayEvery DOT applicant must sign this formIt also clearly states the possible reasons that a DOT applicant may need to return, ie, additional medical documentation needed to complete their exam and not provided at time of examThe Federal DOT Registry makes up these requirementsOur Providers completed the National Registry and must follow Federal Guidelines
