CHAD ORLANDO INFORMED ME THE VEHICLE I PURCHASED WAS SAFE TURNS OUT I HAD THE CAR FOR 9 MONTHS IT IS A LEMON AND FOR 9 MONTHS I HAVE TRIED TO PURSUE THEM TO RECTIFY THE SITUATIONS. CHAD REFUSES TO HELP ME. THE CAR STOPPED WORKING THE DAY I PICKED IT UP. NOW 9 MONTHS I HAVE A LOAN TO PAY BUT A VEHICLE THAT DOES NOT WORK AND CHAD IGNORES MY PHONE CALLS. HE HAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF ME.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE A REPLACEMENT VEHICLE OR FOR CHAD ORLANDO TO PAY FOR ALL REPAIRS TO MY PERSONAL MECHANIC.

Review: Good Afternoon, I am having difficulties with the Yonkers Rental Office,RENT-A-WRECK OF [redacted] and I am requesting intervention. I was given inaccurate information, and was yelled at and hung up on. On top of all that, the credit card given to "RSVP/hold" the vehicle, however it has been "charged." I am frustrated and extremely unhappy with the customer service. I am willing to take the necessary measures to ensure that customers do not get treated this way in the future.Thank you, [redacted]Desired Settlement: The appropriate resolve is #1, Respect for the customer, example to speak in a tone which is not high in volume. #2, to clearly state what the policy is on cancellations and other changes (because things do happen). #3, not make up rules as you go, because that is robbery when you decide it is okay to take a customers money without authorization. #4, Take the time to clarify situations instead of yelling and hanging up. Last, please operate on on an honest humanistic manner, not disgruntled.
