Review: We were promised to get the Shuttle Bus that is on Westchester Limo website. We went to see it after calling [redacted] to ask if we could. He agreed and when we went there was no Shuttle Bus! He came up with some excuse that the bus had to leave to Foxwoods.Also when we pulled up to the place of business which is the address where the business is located there was nothing. No signs or anything that looked like a company was actually working out of there. My wife called them and [redacted] told her that the cars where in another lot near Valhalla. Meanwhile the address on Westchester Limo website is in White Plains!My wife called [redacted] a few times to verify our appointment with his Shuttle Bus only to get dodgy questions and no call backs.When the date came we were expecting the Shuttle Bus that could fit at least 21 people. Instead we got a Hummer limo which is something we did not want! The Hummer limo only held up to 17 people we had 21 which made things kind of cramped and no bathroom which according to [redacted] the Shuttle Bus had.My Daughters 21 birthday was ruined! My wife and my night was ruined as well! We spoke to the driver and he did call [redacted] only to get an answer machine!We spent $800.00 dollars of our money to get a Shuttle Bus and instead got a Hummer Limo that was dirty, outdated and cramped!I would like to get my money back!Desired Settlement: I would like to get back all of my $800.00 dollars that I paid for!

Review: I recently rented a limo thru their company and was given the wrong limo. I was suppose to receive a limo big enough to hold 25 people and was given a smaller limo. The limo was so small I had 2 of my friends sitting in the trunk of the truck and one person sitting in the front seat of the limo. I rented a double decker hummer limo but was given a regular hummer limo not big enough. It was very dangerous and unsafe. I had people laying on the floor and sitting on peoples laps just to fit. The limo driver also was driving while wiping the windshield because he couldn't see. The defroster wasn't working and it was raining. Then when the limo was suppose to pick us back up, the limo was 30 minutes late to pick us up, and a different limo was sent to pick us up. The limo that picked us up had garbage and throw up inside the limo. I have pictures of my friends sitting in the trunk and pictures of the garbage.Desired Settlement: After that night I spoke to the manager of the company and he promised me to refund me $600. I paid the limo company $1,000 for the night and the manager and I agreed that after they messed up he would refund me the money back into my account. I waited two weeks and never received the money. I called him and he told me he would send me a check. A week later still nothing. I told the guy I was going to file a complaint and he cursed me out and hung up. That was the last time I heard from that company. I've used them before with no problems, but after what happened I will never use them again. The 25 people that were in the limo that night also want to file complaints with them.

Review: I hired them for my wedding day on july **, 2013

Driver was 3 hours late. Appointment was at 2:30pm and was there at 5:30pm

Had to use alternate service until he showed up.

The vehicle condition was very unsatisfactory

The vehicle was dirty inside and outside, the air conditioner didn't work, the tv was cracked and didn't work, the upholstry was dryed and cracked, and mildew was on the roof, and speakers were missing.

The driver was arrogant and was upsetting.

He was arguing in front of family and guest at the facility saying we didn't pay. On 6/**/13 he charged my credit card the remaining balance of $600 without my consent which should have been charged two weeks before the scheduled service date.

The driver Didn't even stay the full contracted time.

I had called the owner on July **, 2013 and he agreed that he would give us a full refund on the phone and in email.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the $800.00 that I paid for the reasons that the service was unsatisfied, customer service was very poor, condition of the Escalade limo, the aggravation of going threw all of this.

Review: We contracted with MG Limo for rental of a vehicle. The [redacted] requested a credit card for deposit and cash for the balance. We paid the balance in cash the date of service as requested, yet the company processed a duplicate payment on our credit card which was unauthorized.. The [redacted]) has been rude and unresponsive when we spoke multiple times. Further - he has not returned physical items (perishables) which were mistakenly left in the vehicle.Desired Settlement: [redacted]) simply needs to process the $500 credit he has said he would do on multiple occasions over the past 3 months.

Review: I spoke with [redacted] to book a limo. I requested a contract for the service and gave him all of our information. He charged our credit card prior to sending me a contract. I decided not to move forward with M Gucci Limo Services and he refused to refund the charge though they were not authorized to charge us and did not provide a good or service.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to refund us the full $1500 they charged our credit card as they were not authorized to charge us and did not provide a good or service to us.

Review: I spoke with [redacted] on or before October **,2013 and asked about a party bus for January **,2014. He gave me the cost of $1,500.00 dollars for a 45 passenger party bus with complimentary champagne. I told him I would call back. I search for other Limo places and that was the best deal I received. I called [redacted] back on October **, 2013 and told him who I was and that I would go with him on the party bus. I asked what was the deposit and he said $100.00 dollars. I asked when did I have to pay the rest he said to give the driver the rest. [redacted] stated after I pay the deposit he will send me the receipt with the contract. I explained to him that I would be going to Empire Casino and he needs to call. I gave him the name and number he stated he will call later on and will send the contract. I gave him my visa card and he stated $100.00 dollars and balance $1,400.00 dollars give to the driver. I called [redacted] several times when I seen he taken $1,000 dollars out of the account instead of $100.00 dollars. I then called the casino and was told [redacted] never called them. I finally spoke with someone from Gucci it sound like [redacted] he said it was his brother, it was Nick. I asked why did they take that money out if my account he stated it was a mistake and he will reverse the charges and put $900.00 dollars back on the card give it three days I said okay. I then asked why you didn't call the casino he said he couldn't get through. He asked me to hold on while he called he spoke to them while I was on the phone. Three days go bye the money not in my account. A week later no money I called [redacted] no response from the 2 phone numbers I have for them. I called the casino and was told Gucci limo never sent them the paper work they asked for or called them back. I called Gucci limo from a different number they answered I said who I was he said hold on and never came to the phone. I been calling at least twice a week since November 2013 and no response it's January **, 2014.Desired Settlement: My money back. This is a Felony charge

Gucci Limo contacted by email on 1/**/14 confirming my limo reservation. I replied back stating why would I use this company when you took one thousand dollars off of my visa card without my permission. You never contacted the Empire casino to give them your information. What you did to me is a felony theft by deception. I want my money back and nothing else from you. I didn't hear no response back, I called 1/**/14 and spoke with [redacted] he asked me for my visa card number so he could return my money. I told him no so you can take more money out my account. He said no he wouldn't do that. I told him I would give him a prepaid visa card number. I also told him I rather him send a check. He said the money will be on the card in a couple of days. It's been 2 weeks now and I still didn't get my money.

Review: In early January, I reserved a limousine with this company for February **. [redacted] told me he would send me a contract on line on three occasions and never did. On Feb. * I cancelled my reservation. I later discovered that he had charged $450 to my credit card on January **. He assured me that the money would be refunded as NO SERVICE WAS EVER PROVIDED! He never refunded the $450 and I have placed a dispute on my credit card so he will not be paid.Desired Settlement: MA Gucci Limo needs to refund $450 to my credit card immediately.

Review: M Gucci Limo charged my credit card $500 and then NEVER sent me a contract. After many failed attempts to get a contract, [redacted] changed the agreed upon price and tried to change the vechile I had agreed to. After realizing that M Gucci Limo is NOT a reputable business, I informed [redacted] that I will not be using his service. It has been several weeks and I have still NOT received a refund for my deposit. I have disputed the charge to my credit card. While I have not lost any money (the credit card company will get the money back), M Gucci Limo has wasted a lot of my time and attempted to steal my money. Thankfully, I decided to use All Inclusive Limo ###-###-####. I spoke directly with the [redacted], who sent me a contract within 5mins. I had a great experience with All Inclusive and am very greatful that I discovered the scam that is M Gucci Limo!Desired Settlement: Refund and warning to anyone considering using M Gucci Limo

Review: We hired this company for our limo for our wedding. Earlier in the day when the driver went to pick up the groomsmen the driver was using his phone as a GPS and the phone stopped working so he dead stopped on the highway and had to have the groomsmen give him directions to the church. Then the driver showed up 45 minutes late to pick up the bridal party after the wedding ceremony he got lost again on his way to the park where we were going to take photos, he was doing circles and then had to use my friends cell phone to find directions to the park. When we were at the park he then asked the photographer for her phone charger because his phone died. He wasted 2 hours of our time on my wedding day - we were charged $700 for this terrible service. I have since called [redacted] - the owner for [redacted] limo and explained the situation to him, he verbally promised me he would take care of the situation and refund me $300. That was back in October, since then I have spoken to him 7 times and he makes up some excuse why I have not received payment. Other times I call, he will answer and hang up on me, this has happened 4 times already. I will not give up on trying to get my money back because they really wasted a lot of time during my wedding and also put us in physical harm for the amount of times the driver stopped on a busy road or highway because he was lost or confused. Also my credit card was charged after I sent the owner [redacted] my information but there was no contract or receipt or confirmation for this exchange after I had asked several timesDesired Settlement: All I want is my $300 back from this company, it is ridiculous that this one driver had one job for the day and he had everyone else do it for him and yet still got paid $700.

Review: my daughter was in a limo with other girls at her prom.[redacted] paid for the entire cost and we paid them. I was with [redacted] when the limo came and it was NOT what we expected. Also there were NUMEROUS PROBLEMS and [redacted]. told[redacted] that a part refund would take place and they have tried several times so they are n ow calling each of the parents up and we will also file complaints. The company is dragging their heels and need to make amends to a ruined prom. If I do not get my part refund in 2 weeks I then want a FULL REFUNDDesired Settlement: If I do not get my part refund in 2 weeks I then want a FULL REFUND
