I told him I had no money to pay which is why he pushed the loan The loan was for payment of services rendered He did not do anything but the x-rays which I paid cash for NO SERVICES WERE RENDERED ....he is not owed any moneyNO work was done Also the next day I went to another dentist here in my hometown to extract the teeth, which he wouldn't do All this dentist was going to do was fit me for complete upper dentures....I still have remaining teeth, so how did he make dentures? The issue has been resolved between patient and office. The refund was completed on 8/**/2016. A message was also left for patient on that day, but a phone call was never returned to the office. Everything was thoroughly explained to patient prior to him signing the financial agreements with the...

office. He understood the treatment plan and the order in which it would take place. He was charged for the entire treatment before hand to give him low monthly fees which he said was affordable at the time, versus having to pay per service at each visit with the office. I have spoken to the patient and there has been a clear understanding on this situation. He now has a zero balance with the office. Patient is also aware that if he is ever willing/ready to start treatment, Dr. M[redacted] is here to help him achieve the smile he wants.

Just called there because my tooth got broken during a cleaning! The receptionist started to argue with me questioning me just about accusing me of lying!I hung up! You would think they would call back to make it right! Guess I need to find a new dentist!

Review: Visited Dr. S[redacted] office once looking to get dentures, paid for x-ray and was going to continue with the Dr. but could not afford what he was charging, he then said I could get $1500 loan towards the dental work. I never went back to the dentist and he claims he took a dental impression which he did not. I know because I was there, the only thing he did was the x-ray and upon my next visit was going to do the impressions. The loan company will not reverse the $1500 charge, saying the dentist has to do it. He won't do it claiming the impressions are in his office. I said I would come to the office to prove there are no dental impressions there for my mouth. I do not owe the dentist anything for any work done. I want this dental loan reversed.Desired Settlement: Reverse billing for nothing done. I do not owe the dentist I only visited his office once and that was for x-ray. How can you make an impression from 1 visit without any measurements.
