Review: I scheduled a car from WestchesterAirportCarService.net to drive me to and from the airport for a business trip. I had to pay online when I made the reservation, but the charge did not go through on my credit card until the day of my return trip.When the car should have picked me up at my house to bring me to the airport, it did not arrive. I called the only phone number on the service's website and the phone proceed to ring and go to voicemail. I called three times before leaving a voicemail. I frantically called a cab to take me to the airport so I would not miss my flight. I sent an email to the car service regarding a refund since the car never showed up to pick me up.Two days later I called the same phone number because the company had not returned my call and I wanted to cancel my reservation for my return flight. This time, the phone did not ring but instead went straight to voicemail. The voicemail message was an automated "You have reached xxx-xxxx" I left a voicemail about not being contacted after not being picked up, and saying I wanted to cancel my reservation and receive a refund for the roundtrip service.The next day, I still had not heard from the company, no car was at the airport to pick me up, and the phone number was still going straight to voicemail when I tried to contact them. My credit card was charged $203.00 for the roundtrip service that I did not receive, and I have no way of getting in touch with them to complain about it.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a full refund, and to let people know that this website is possibly a scam and they should not use this service.
