Fair and Friendly
I had several bids for my concrete project. Some were super expensive, and some were similar to West Coast, but in the end I chose West Coast because of their demo capabilities. No big dumpster in front of my ect.

Well as we progressed Donny took it one step further and completely transformedd the front of my house.

His design ideas were a real winner, and in the end it was the best decision we ever made.

Thanks West Coast!

Amazing Transformation
When we first met Donny from West Coast Concrete Services we had no idea what we wanted except we needed a new driveway.

After a consultation, and a bit of friendly negotiation he completely transformed our house into something we came to call our forever home. Our neighbors continue to give us the thumbs up, as our house is now one of the best on the block.

He is not a Short load company, but he is a complete concrete contractor with great design ideas.

We are forever thankful for his quick and efficient staff. The job went fast and saved us money on the demo too, as he has his own haul out trucks. There was no dumpster in front of my house, unlike when they did my siding with the previous contractor.

In the end it was fast, efficient, and something to be proud of!

Thank you West Coast Concrete Services.

I had a estimator out to my house to quote me for concrete replacement in 3 areas of my yard. The front walkway, the back patio and the deck around my pool. I asked the estimator if he could break the quote into 3 separate sections to allow us to the time to recovery financially before moving on to the next area. We decided the front walkway was our top priority and signed a contract for that area. I was concerned about the look of the new concrete (specifically the over sized stairs that ran into the driveway) as suggested by the estimator so I discussed with Donny the concerns and he agreed that the stairs should not be that size, rather centered with the front door and ending with a planter between the stairs and the driveway. He agreed to remeasure and correct the estimate. After completion when I questioned the balance due and corrected estimate based on remeasure, he informed me they have a 400 SQ minimum. Which was ridiculous as I would have had other areas done to meet the minimum "requirement" which is NOT stated anywhere on any contracts. Then within 2 months my concrete cracked in about 10 different areas. When I emailed about the cracks I was told they would go out and look at it to see if there was a problem with the install or the concrete itself. They advised there was no problem with install and they had NO explanation for the cracks other than I had expansive soil and lots of tree roots that they removed. The area where the cracks are did not have any tree roots and even if they did, they "removed" them. Basically, I replaced an entire concrete walkway due to one large crack and as a result I have approximately 10 cracks in various areas of the concrete. I am very displeased with their customer service. It is a shame they are still in business. POOR POOR WORKMANSHIP!
