Due to the lack of communication and planning prior to the noted fire, I do not trust that the remaining (non glass) tasks still pending will be completed in a timely manner.  I propose a certified check for the amount of the doors, plus an additional refund to cover these incomplete tasks at the below estimates based on hiring someone else to do the work that Mr. B[redacted] has not completed.  I would be satisfied with the below amounts.  1.  Fan Vent Cover:  $**.002.  Threshold:  $**.003.  Trash Removal:  $[redacted].004.  Electrical Outlet that is not working:  $[redacted].005.  Glass Doors (pre-paid) amount:  $[redacted].00
