I have always had great experiences with western bullet co. As a returning customer I have never tried to cancel an order or give them any crud for doing what they do. They do a good job and they have bullets that no one else has. If you can wait patiently for them and for your bullets, etc, you will have a good experience too.

I ordered 300 large-caliber bullets on 1/19/17. I never heard from them even though II sent three status inquiries over the next 30 days. I then filed a complaint with PayPal, and sent another status inquire/complaint through PayPal.. Then, on 3/4/17 I received the bullets. Luckily, I processed my complaint with PayPal within the 45-day window. Finally, I sent Western Bullet a message acknowledging receipt of them. I stated that I was happy with the product but very puzzled by their extremely poor communications and performance. They then responded to my message and said no further orders would be accepted from me. That suits me just fine. Buyer beware: File your PayPal complaint within 45 days, if you must do business with this firm at all.

I contacted and placed an order with western bullet company and within hours realized that I had made a mistake about the lead bullets and needed to cancel the order. The order was placed late at night on the weekend. The next morning Sunday I wrote an email and said I wanted to cancel the order. Then on Monday Morning when western bullet first opened up I spoke to a person there telling them I needed to cancel my order. The person said yes I got your email. I said great thank you and I apologized for any problems. I thought I was done. A week later the bullets arrived! I emailed him and told him how disappointed I was with him and told him he did not even listen to me. I will never trust western bullet company.

Review: I ordered cast bullets from this company on 3/11/2013. They billed me right away through Paypal in the amount of 54.50 but I have never received my order and have not heard from them as of today 8/5/2013. I sent an inquiry on status by email on 4/9/2013 and never received a response. I tried to call different times from april through July no one answered and never got a response. I emailed again 7/31/2013 and still no response. I have found 3 different complaints online for the same practice over the last few years. This type of conduct in running a business should be noted by the Revdex.com so others do not suffer the same situation.Desired Settlement: I would like the order canceled and my money refunded.
