I would like to make people aware of this company business practice of auto debitting people's banking accounts before there actual payment date. As I learned today after seeing that the debited my account two full days early, I called and asked why the lady responsible for doing the auto pays say that because it was a holiday on the payment date the charged all the auto pays early. I explained to her the normal business practice is to wait and charge the account the following business day. So if payment is scheduled Friday but holiday falls that day would do autopsy on Monday. After explaining this the attitude was clearly one of she could careless. I made to have the owner of the company agree if I should in cure a overdraft fee on my account because of there early autopsy submitting they would cover it. I suggest if you have anything to do with company do not allow then to auto debit your account they can't be trusted to follow the payment schedule you have agreed too.
