I recently had an incident on the highway that results in a bracket failure under my fender than resulted in electrical damage and wearing of the tireI specifically bought the extended service plan for times like these
My issue is this: In the contract it quotes, "Section SURCHARGES AND OPTIONS; WE will pay for the COSTS to repair or replace the original equipment or like replacement tires and/or wheels of YOUR MOTORCYCLE that fail due to contact with a road hazard (potholes or debris on the road surface such as nail, rock or tree limb)
I spoke with the dealership, Burlington, NC, and they stated Harley will NOT cover the replacement of the wheel
If I am riding on the road and hit debris that forces a dislocation of the rear fender bracket that subsequently causes damage to the tire, how is this not covered?
not paying me for having my motorcycle towed
