Everyone should be on HIGH ALERT Do not hire Jasen A***No services renderedHe will take your money and disappear I hired this contractor through Porch.com via Home Advisor when I entered my information and the work I was needing done in my home His name is Jasen A*** He uses different business namesOne Man Remodeling, Western Remodeling and Superior Remodeling Porch had referred him to me and his business name was One Man Remodeling When he created an estimate and invoice for the flooring job I hired and paid a deposit to the business name was Western Remodeling I contacted [redacted]  and they stated they had removed his profile due to bad reviews Within a text that I had from him when he started using a different cell phone number he used the business name Superior Remodeling He also mistakenly left a pawn receipt behind when he was over at my house printing off the invoice that I found after he left His address on the contract is different than the one on the pawn receipt I have been working with [redacted]  on this matter but they are only offering leaving me with a loss

Western remodel owner name is jasen,I had him come and give me a bid to replace my window frame wood siding, I paid him $to start and another $when finished, he ripped my windows apart destroyed hardie plank sifing.told my wife that he was finished all that was left to caulk the windows it late and I was not at homeSo the wife gave him the last #400.he never returned to finish.he kept making excuses about returningDo not fo any kind of business with this guy, he is a con artistI will be taking him to court for my $dollarsKnow I have to find someone to repair his destruction also of my housePlease do not do any business with this guy

Jasen is unreliable in showing up to perform work and meet for appointmentsHe ignores texts and phone callsHe fails to perform work and fails to refund money for services not performed

I feel horrible after reading Jennifer B’s review - perhaps she would still have her money if I left a review earlier I found Jason and Western remodeling through Porch He required a $2000,deposit via cashiers check to begin work on my yard.(August 2018- included putting up a picket fence) Needless to say - he did not do one minutes worth of work and when I demanded my money back - he agreed to hand deliver a check (and failed to show or return calls after that)I contacted the Police but was directed to small claims court (More expense and time - for me)
Please save your money and hire a reputable company This is not it!

This business I believe is a fraud The "business owner" Jasen A*** took $dollars from me for services to fix my front door on July 12th and never provided the services agreed to He makes promises and excuses why the job is delayed At one point his order was cancelled because he blamed his wife for using a bad credit card to order it on On July 26th he promised to come to my home after I cancelled the order and he was going to return my money on July 28th and never showed up I haven't heard from him since I have thorough documentation that validates my complaint and all I ever wanted was my money back but that appears will not happen from him I will take him to small claims court and would be more than happy to arbitrate with him face to face if need be

On 5/16, I was on porch website seeking for a professional help on our window that was leaking water around frameSo, 9am early that morning MrJasen A*** contacted me same day, to evaluate the window later that evening, MrJasen A*** showed up 6:30pm on 5/We ask also for him to estimate our shed roofThe total $1,estimation for the window replacement and shed roof repairThe following day 5/17, we signed contract and gave partial payment (down payment) of $We handed him a check for the amount of $
He contacted via text message, that he will fix the shed roof Friday 5/MrJasen A*** arrived about 11:30, started to take apart our shingles of the roof, but about minutes later had stop because it was rainingHe never came back to finish his jobOur shed roof is in shambles
He mention via text messages since he had ordered different size window, that the window will be in Wednesday 5/We expected him on 5/23, but he did not show upWe
