diagnosis the intergrated power control module was shorted out. This is a fuse block that sends power out to work all those accessories, the power windows, his blower motor, power to all engine controls. We also had the dealer re-flash the cars computer because of the power shortage, the on board computer lost memory and we only charged him what the dealer charged us. We only charged the customer one hour diagnostic, one hour labor to install the new IPc module and the module itself. As the customer stated the car was fixed for 5 days, until a rain storm caused a problem again. He took it to another shop and they found a drain tube clooged, what may have caused the orginal shortage that fried his IPC module. The customer was not over charged he only paid for the ruined Ipc module and a re-learn from the dealer.
