Review: On December 11, 2014, I responded to an ad for the sale of firewood. The voicemail was answered by [redacted] of Westham Contractors. [redacted] returned my call and agreed to deliver half a cord of firewood and have it stacked for an agreed price of $140.00. He asked that I leave a check for him, since I would not be home at the time of delivery. The firewood was delivered the next day, the check was taken and cashed, however, the wood was dumped in the middle of my driveway creating an obstruction in the drive outside the garage (not stacked). I called [redacted] of Westham Contractors promptly upon discovering the failure to deliver the wood as agreed. [redacted] stated that he would have "his men" come over the next morning and take care of it. That didn't happen. I contacted [redacted] again on Dec. 14 and he said that he would personally come over on the morning of Dec. 15. and get the wood moved and stacked. He asked for my address again, which I gave him over the phone and texted to him as well. That didn't happen. I have since attempted to reach [redacted] several times, but he has failed to answer or return my calls.

Desired Settlement: Finish the Job

Desired Outcome:

The agreed performance should be completed immediately or Westham Contractors/[redacted] should provide a suitable refund.
