Westlake Dry Cleaners & Laundromat

We took a pillow top mattress cover over to be washed They said that they could do it and I left it there for three days When I picked it up everything looked good The pad was stored for weeks We took it out to set up the bed but it had not been dried properly and was all moldy We took it back to Westlake cleaners and I talked to the same lady that took the cover originally She said there was nothing they could do and did not even try to make it right I was only looking for help but all she wanted to do was wash her hands of the problem It was obvious by her attitude that she just wanted this to go away Be careful using this company It appears that if there is a problem they will do anything not to honor their services
