Review: I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET REIMBURSE FOR MY TRANSPORTATION FOR THE LAST TWO MONTHS SINCE I TRANSFERRED FORM THE [redacted] TO THE [redacted] DUE TO PERSONAL ISSUES IF MY OWN. aND SINCE MY DOING THIS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REIMBURSEMENT CHECK FOR TRANSPORTATION SINCE JULY2014 AN TODAY IS SEPTEMBER 22 3014 I CALL THEM TWO THREE TIMES A WEEK AN GET THE SAME EXCUSE THE DIRECTOR HAS TO GET APPROVED TO SIGN CHECKS AN .THEN YOU WILL RECEIVED YOUR CHECK I KNOW OTHERS THAT HAVE RECIVED THERE CHECKS FOR JULY AN AUGUST FROM WESTMORELAND COUNTY AN I STILL GET THE SAME RUN AROUND AN I DON'T HAVE GAS MONEY TO PUT INTO MY TANK THEN THEY SAY THEY CANT LET ME RIDE THE VAN DUE TO ME HAVING A VEHICLE... Review: I am filing this complaint for the simple fact I am enrolled with the medical transportation known as Go Westmoreland. I had a trip scheduled for today june 15th 2016, my time was between 8:50am and 9:20am. I was sitting in my chair in the kitchen with my back door open at 8:50am, I physically saw the go Westmoreland vehicle drive down my alley and onto a side alley but did not see them since. I immediately called go Westmoreland and explained how I saw the cab go past my house, she put me on a brief hold and when she came back she said how the driver was still there, I was standing in my back yard while my bf was on the couch with front door open and neither of us saw a cab. They claim they pulled my house up and could physically see the cab driver out back at my house. When I insisted they had wrong house they started to give me an attitude. I then called national express who is the company the driver came from and they said how the driver actually knocked on my front door, Again my front door was open and my bf was sitting on the couch, They advised me to call go Westmoreland back which I did and yet again was given a nasty attitude by the staff, my bf called and they gave him an attitude along with superviser and program coordinator. They all said the same thing and how we were lieing all because they physically saw my house on their computers and saw the driver sitting in the alley. We tried telling them we don't have a side alley but they wouldn't listen so they put me down as a no show even though I was clearly standing in the back yard when they claimed the driver was sitting there.Desired Settlement: Pretty much all I am asking is for an apology and to have them remove the no show from todays date june 15th 2016. If they can not remove my no show I will contact an attorney for unfair treatment.

Review: I was waiting for the bus 10 minutes before it came just so I wouldn't miss it. I was told by the operator of the bus company to stand on Forbes Ave cross section Grant Street to get on the bus heading back to Greensburg when I saw the driver approaching said bus stop as I was waving him down to catch his attention I immediately notice that he was already in the left lane instead of the right causing me to be unable to board due to safety concerns so I tried to continue to catch his attention by following it through the light at that cross section when he saw me he speeded up through the light and was gone heading towards the highway I called the bus company to verify tat was the bus I was suppose to be on and indeed it was I was told there was nothing they can do an told me I would have to wait 2 hours for the ext one to come at its scheduled time extremely rude and ignorant on their part negligent and a major inconvience to myself not appreciated at all.
