The duplex the tenant lives in is part of a Commercial Complex The Owner has a groundskeeper for the entire area When the Tenant contacted our office, we then contacted the Owner, who then contacted the groundskeeper There apparently was a valve that needed replaced, this has been done and the yard is greening up already My Recommendation was to go to a Water Conserving rock yard, but the Owner is trying to revive the yard instead In the meantime the Tenant has given notice that he is moving our the weekend of August 23rdSincerely, [redacted] ***
