Review: [redacted] refuses to provide the manufacture information for a defective above ground pool. The warranty understand is 20 years but [redacted] refused to provide the information. I want to submit a warranty claim that collapsed the wall. He has refused to provide the manufacture maker.Desired Settlement: Replace the entire pool

We have already sent an e-mail to [redacted] requesting pictures of his pool so that we can help him. The pool is warrantied through the manufacturer, not through us. His response to our request for pictures was to come out to his property, as he has bounced checks in the past, we will not do so. If he would provide us with pictures we would be more than happy to provide him with the manufacturers address and phone number.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Westrock Pool and Patio regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I previously sent to the Revdex.com several pictures I have taken. The problem here is that I am not sure if these are the correct pictures needed. The business was never explicit as to what they needed pictures of.
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question aboe.
