Review: I ordered four (4) 160Watt Zoo grade UVB bulbs. These bulbs all failed after approximately 3 weeks working 12 hours per day. hey have a 1 year warranty. I emailed the company and received a reply from a [redacted]. I asked if I should return my defective bulbs and he said not to just to email him pictures of the numbers printed on the bulbs. He sent me one bulb to test my setup to rule out it was my equipment. This was a lower watt bulb that was not a replacement for the defective bulbs I purchased and I explained this to [redacted]. He said it was strictly to test my equipment. This bulb lasted a few months and when I contacted Westron/[redacted] again he told me he had my replacements authorized and that they were just 'sealing' a new batch and he would send me 4 of those. A few weeks later I received 2 bulbs. Again a lower watt and not a suitable warranty replacement for my bulbs. I contacted [redacted] and he told me they did not make my bulbs any more and the Zoo level bulbs were not in stock and If I could take these 2 as a courtesy until the zoo bulbs were available and he would send my 4 bulbs at that time. That was the last I heard for many months. When I contacted him again he said they were in the middle of moving the company to NY and that he would ship my replacements order when things get sorted. That was the last I heard. Many months have gone by. I have sent many emails and made phone calls to no response. I called the new NY location and spoke with a woman who gave me another email address and the same thing. I sent 2 emails with no response. These light bulbs are specialty bulbs for UVB for reptiles and cost approximately $50 each.Desired Settlement: I just want them to send my my 4 warranty replacement zoo bulbs. I have waited a long time and been very polite and patient. If they no longer have the 160 Watt bulbs I purchased I would accept the 275 watt zoo bulbs. Spot bulbs and close up bulbs do not work with my reptile habitat.

They contacted me abs sent the replacement light bulbs.
