This is not quite true Originally buyer did receive wrong tickets, however we corrected this and sent the correct tickets on 7/at 11:26am well before the show The buyer was aware of this as he is the one that called in and told us of the mistake So he did not take these tickets to the show with him and wasn't aware He called and we uploaded the correct tickets in plenty of time for the show as it was at 8:that night Buyer did not download the new tickets and that is on him Buyer did a chargeback and the bank sided with us due to the fact that we did upload these tickets in plenty of time for his event Please let us know if you need anything else. Thank you

While we feel for this customers complaint unfortunately we have nothing to do with the site or sites that he placed these two orders on This order came to us via ***, we are part of their exchange and only fulfill orders sent to us from them, from sites they operate We have
no control over their policies They collect fees on ticket price and the service fees from us so we cannot just refund I would contact *** direct to try and resolve this if it was in fact a double order error on their technology end.Thank you, sorry we can't be of more help.-Jason

not allow cancellations All fees and terms are stated at the time of purchase *** told us that her friend also bought tickets at the same time but this is not our fault She'll need to resell these tickets herself and we're happy to help guide her in doing that but unfortunately can't offer a refund on this purchase.We've also advised *** that in the future if she were to use our site direct we would have a lot more control over the process.Thank you

we truely wish we could refund but are only following the guidance of the site you purchased from. We are only the owner of the tickets. We pay them the service fees and a percentage of the ticket. If you'd like to entertain paying that we may be able to help.  If not it's best for you to...

I am rejecting this response because:I haven't received anything via USPS, [redacted], or [redacted].  Can I ask how the tickets were sent and can I have the tracking number to follow up with your claim?  I do not have the tickets.

[redacted],We are very sorry that your computer was stolen.  We did receive your email, issue is, as we stated on 4/6, we need something from your bank.  We cannot just refund you on your word.  You did not purchase the tickets from a site we run, only a site we fulfill for....

 [redacted] runs that site and has a strict no refund policy.  If you can show fraud, we can share with them and get our fees back.  The fees they collect on this order are in excess of $150 and we can't just eat that.  I'm sorry!  Please take this up with your bank and if we receive something from them we can work through that process.Thank you.-Jason

[redacted] is 100% correct, the wrong tickets were delivered and it was out mistake.  This is 100% why we suggest printing your tickets as soon as they are delivered, allowing time to double check.  That being said [redacted]'s bank has already taken the funds back from us, via chargeback.  Until...

those funds are returned to us there is no way we can credit him.  He will 100% get his funds back, from the bank, or if the bank returns the funds to us via credit.

called [redacted] and you purchased from their site and we only fulfill the order, that is why we can't honor the price match.  All of the fees, shipping, etc all go to [redacted].In the future if you buy from us direct we can honor those guarantees.As for the delay, unfortunately this is becoming more and more the case now.  We see delays more and more from the venues.  We put the latest possible date so it's disclosed to you at purchase and 99% of the time you'll get your tix long before.We hope you understand and see that we are Revdex.com accredited, registered with the State of Maryland and 100% legitimate.Thank you!-Jason

lol, this person is not being honest, bottom line is they initially sold me the wrong tickets, I am done arguing with the company through Revdex.com, its kind of funny I dont see how this does any good at all, I am a busy man, I don't have time to argue with a company that cheats customers, I will eat the cost of the tickets I will make sure as many people as I can tell all about OUT OF THIS WORLD TICKETS,  and as for the Revdex.com what are you doing about this?
