I take my mom to this doctors office and she has been a patient of this office for a couple of years nowwe have never had a problem with the staff up until this Saturday my mother has not been sleeping as she has been in so much pain therefore I took her in to be seenThe front office representative has absolutely no customer service skills and should not be working in a medical officeI called the office yesterday as my mother's medications were not called in when they said they were going to be called inI left a message and was told it would be taken care of right awayCalled the pharmacy today and nothing was called in yesterdayI called back the doctors office today to see what was going on and was told they will take another message and make sure it was taken care of todayI just called the pharmacy and they have nothing, therefore I called back the doctors office spoke with Brianne who advised me that she will call the doctors medical assistant and have her take care of itWhen I asked if it would be done today she could not tell meI then asked to speak with the office manager and what I was told is she was already out of the office before the office even cloaedI asked to speak with a supervisor and they were all gone for the day as wellI then asked who was the medical assistant taking care of the messages I was leaving then I was told it was Alicia the front office representative who has a horrible attitude and seems as though she doesn't care to help anyone but herselfSo it finally dawned on me the reason my mom is not getting good the medication she so desperately needs is because Alicia refuses to do her jobI'm very disappointed with this practice and am hoping that they can open there eyes and realize these are human beings who need medication to liveif this office is intending to not provide my mom with the medication she needs for one person that needs an attitude adjustment that is just wrong and you are risking the life of my motherif you are not already a patient of this office do not make an appointment with the office

I started going here in 2014 when I moved from another state, I have severe migraines and issues with my lower back I went in two different times, they took and xray and gave me medicine without explaining anything, Ive called three times now and every time I call the male Asian receptionist gives me a hard time and tries to hang up on me, I asked for the office manager and he refused to let me speak to her until I got very to the point, I told him I wanted all records so I could go to a different clinic and he laughed and said is that all. I will never recommend them EVER.
