I bought a season pass for my granddaughter in March for 99.00. My daughter also bought a season pass so she could go when I wasn't able to. Sometime in July my daughter went with my granddaughter and was told they had to get photo passes I went one day with only my granddaughter
and they told me I had to get a photo pass, so I stood in line and got one as I was toldOn August 2, I went to the park with my daughter, who has a pass, my granddaughter who had a pass, my other daughter and son-in-law. I scanned my card to get into the park and so did my granddaughter. Then I was told that I had to go back to the front gate to get passes for my two guests. I did that and then my granddaughter and I had to scan ourselves back in to get back into the park. Nobody told me I scanned my card too many timesWe were at the parks for a couple of hours when I heard an announcement calling me to the front desk. I went in their and an officer was standing there waiting as if I was in trouble. The last time I had to talk to an officer it was when he came into a class I was taking to tell me my sister was shot and killed. At first I thought they were going to tell me another loved one was dead. I immediately shut downA young boy then started waving something in my face and I couldn't understand exactly what he was saying, but it seemed like he was telling me that I had stolen something. I figured they felt I owed them some money and I told them if there was a discrepancy I was willing to make it right. He said that I had to wait and then another man came in and started yelling and spitting in my face that I had committed fraud and I asked once again what he thought I owed him. He started walking back and forth from the ticket counter and then to me yelling and spitting and leading me to believe that I was going to jailI asked him several times what he wanted from me and eventually he said 141.00.. I gave him my card because at this point I was having such an anxiety attack that I couldn't even think (I have an anxiety disorder and I get confused very easily.) I gave him my card so that he would stop holding me hostage. He scanned the card, I signed a receipt for them, but never received an itemized copy for myself. I'm not sure why guest passes should cost so much. Both my daughter and I bought season passes Even after I paid that exorbitant amount, the man told my granddaughter and I were banned from the park for life. I was stunned. I more than paid for the guest passes. I tried to clarify and asked if he meant that I couldn't even get in with a ticket and he said that I could never come back. Honestly, I am not young and with my health problems don't expect to live much longer anyway. I don't really ever want to go back, but I believe I was mistreated in a way that could only be described as criminal. My granddaughter is devastated If a ticket is at the most, and he believed I owed him for the two guests than he extorted at least 61,from me. I'm not sure if one regular ticket is that muchIn addition, my daughter talked to a finance manager at the park who said they ran my credit card on 7/to charge me for an installment payment plan which I did not authorize since I had already paid the full price in March. She told my daughter the payment was rejected. This is a lie and I consider it slander since she was basically telling my daughter I committed check fraud as wellI don't know if you deal with the issues like pain and suffering; but could you address the theft of at least 61.00?

I am rejecting this response because: Once again, this is not true I have sent a certified letter to you, the owners of your business, the Revdex.com and the Consumer Protection Agency with documentation that you were paid in March Please fix whatever glitch you have in your system You probably need to get some hanhelp from an IT business This glitch has been a big headache I'm sure other people have been victimized by your incompetence

Our records indicate the the pass was not purchased in March, but in May on a payment plan that was completed last weekIf the guest would like to contact us, and provide us with documentation of the March purchase, we will be able to confirm this claim.Regards

I am rejecting this response because:
No one has given me any email address or fax number to send the information to I have a bank statement from March showing the debit to my account for I have a receipt that shows my full payment.I have called the business times and have been sent to the voice mail of Tiffany, the finance manager who has not called me back to explain what she's talking about I called my bank and they told me that there are not rejected payments from any business, ever! I asked them to search for Wet and Wild Emerald Pointe specifically and nothing shows up.The General Manager needs to call me back He accused me of felony fraud, intimidated and extorted money from me, and traumatized me and my grandchild Since this incident, I have had chronic anxiety attacks, disabling headaches, nightmares which have caused me to wake up screaming and a loss of ability to function As aa result of this incident, I will have to see a therapist which will cost me hundreds of dollars.The business needs to give me information about how to send this documentation In the meantime, someone needs to address their shoddy bookkeeping, antiquated computer systems, and unfair and fraudulent business practices No one has addressed any of these issues yet
