Wet Look Auto Detailing

I decided to take my vehicle repaired at Wet Look on the recommendation of someone who sold me the carThe car is a new car that suffered an accident in September It is December **, and the vehicle has not been repaired The first excuse was that the pieces were of a new carHowever, I learned through the Honda dealer that the first business who was going to sell the parts to Wet Look not had the parts available and then Wet Look's [redacted] had to asked HondaThis event occurred in late October once I gave Wet Look the insurance check However , Wet Look asked the pieces by ship and not by plane , so that the cost of repair would be cheaper, they did that without consulting meI was willing to pay the difference By mid- December, I decided to go through the shop and talk to the [redacted] I questioned him the delay and I mentioned that I needed the car for my job as a lawyer The most that annoyed me was that he questioned me how can I be a lawyer being so youngThen he asked me my age, the he finally told me that he was ten years older than meI found this disrespectful and chauvinistic In conclusion I am very disappointed with the service and treatment of Wet Look I must emphasize that the ***'s wife always treated me well Notice that Spanish is my first language
