Review: I purchased items online that I was unsatisfied with (account number [redacted]). I contacted Wet Seal for directions on how to return. I shipped my items back via [redacted] which was delivered to their California location **/*/15. My tracking number with them is [redacted] for reference. I allowed approximately 20 days before contacting Wet Seal's customer service. At that time the representative advised that she would expedite my refund. 12/** I called back since I still had not been refunded. 12/** another call was placed, and representative advised that as of 12/**/15 the supervisor had signed off and I would have my money credited in 3-5 business days. I have still not received my funds into my account.Desired Settlement: I'd like to have my refund.

Review: I Purchased 2 items for my daughter for Christmas on December *. I Asked the person in charge about the 14 day refund on the receipt and that I would not know if there would be a problem until Christmas which would be after the 14 days. I was told that there would not be a problem and I would get a refund after Christmas. While the cloths did not fit and I went back today 12-**-2014 and was told they would only exchange which they are now calling a refund for the items. Funny that they do not know the definition of refundRefund : pay back (money), typically to a customer who is not satisfied with goods or services bought.I think they need to teach their employee they should know the meaning of what they tell their customers and not lie so they can make a sale.Desired Settlement: I believe I should have a refund for the items as I was told the day I purchased the items and not a exchange as I was told when I returned the items.
