to gather the customer's valuable feedback. Unfortunately, due to the impending weekend and a manager's travel schedule, the first availability for the call was the following Tuesday, three business days after the date the refund request was received. The manager was going to call the customer on the day Wevorce learned of the refund request, but concluded the immediate return call was not needed after observing that the customer had scheduled a Tuesday call. During the Tuesday call, the customer generously shared a variety of feedback that Wevorce will use to improve its services and products for every Wevorce family down the road. The manager also apologized to the customer for not initiating a call on the same day the refund request was received.  Immediately following the call, Wevorce processed the customer's refund.  Shortly after processing the refund the manager learned of the customer's Revdex.com complaint, and reached out to the customer via both phone and email to advise her that her refund had already been processed, and also to address any remaining concerns.
