can not get a replacement remote control for my fireplace

Bought a media fireplace console from ***The pieces don't line up I had to drill my own holes for alot of it and it still itant put together perfectSome pieces are made to short or to longCountless other people have same problem but yet there's no recall and their still sellingI contacted them and they said it's not their problem it's ***s even though it is their product but they could carelessI have no means to get it back to *** unless I chop it up into pieces which *** won't take backTerrible company to say the leastCan not believe their still in business

I give this company the lowest rating I purchased a fireplace TV stand for my son on black Friday and gave it to him for ChristmasWe still have not received the fireplace insert that they failed to send with the standBoth my son and I called numerous times and each time they told us they had not received a call from us beforeThey would tell us a number of weeks before they could possibly ship the unit and then we'd get a call message saying that it would be here in a week -daysNow they don't even answer when we callWaste of my money indeedTV stand looks ignorant with out the fireplace insert

I purchased a dining room set October of In September of I contacted the company to let them know that out of my chairs had nails or sharp tacks that poked in the seat cushion when someone sat downI was told within a couple of weeks that I would have replacement chairs sent to my homeWhat I was sent was a chair frame- completely unrelated to the chair problemWhen I contacted *** again, I was told that they no longer had the chair part that I needed and that is why they just sent me the seat frameThey told me they never sent whole replacements- only parts but that was not what I was initially told I explained to them that I was told I'd get new chairs-whole chairsI have been working with employee Love *** for several months now just to get an update or options on this and can not get any answerI only hear "your case is with upper management" ...mind you this has taken several months to even get an answer back or an update and I am fed up

I have contacted Customer Service on two occasions to attempt to resolve an issue I have with a tv stand that this company manufactured Both conversations were not at all customer friendly and either person made an attempt to help me resolve my issue

I purchased a Whalen fireplace from Walmart on 01/01/I contacted Whalen on 01/because the furnish on the top of my fireplace had come off when I removed the Warning labelI submitted photos and a copy of my receipt, as requestedI was told, on the third, that management would review my photos and be in contact with meI have followed up with numerous emails and I have left voicemails, yet nobody has gotten back to meIt is currently 01/15, and I'm still waiting to see what they are going to do for meI spent hundreds of dollars on this Whalen fireplace, and it looks like garbageIt is unacceptable, and the customer service is atrocious

We received a call from customer on 2/9/17, an order for a replacement table top was processed same day with reference #***. Customer was advised that item was shipping out 2/14/via FFreight and to expect to receive within 7-business days after 2/14.
Customer emailed notifying table top had arrived, that box had been hit with lift fork and demanded restitution. Customer was asked to provide pictures and copy of store receipt to move forward with monetary compensation to keep unit As-Is. Customer emailed pictures on 2/28/and store receipt 3/1/17. He has accepted a monetary compensation in the amount of $US to keep unit As-Is.

Purchased 7-piece Dining table (mode CSC7PD-1) from Costco on 12/28/
A piece called stretcher (connection between legs) missing bolting inserts of bolts threaded insertsInstruction requested not to return merchandise if parts missing but to call Bayside furnishings (recorded message says Whalen)
12/29/called *** and spoke with Gloria, took phone # and email, will check inventory and call backNo response back
Visited Costco couple times and mentioned issue, they said, they don't have any more of that items, they would give me faulty pieceonly option is to return merchandise for full credit, also recommended call supplier again
1/22/called *** again and spoke Brendan mentioned about my previous and call provided details again, he apologized and said I will receive within hours
2/4/visited Costco, again and they apologized and other than refund merchandise they don't have any other option
It costed me $dollars to find someone with truck

We received a Whalen tv stand as a giftIt came with scratches on two of the glass shelves and one glass shelf completely shatteredSeveral screws were also missingWhen I called customer service they told me that they could not ship out another shelf as it would shatter in transitI called back and got the same answerIf your product is made of glass, wouldn't you have the procedure to ship it properly? I also sent a message through customer service online when the rep on the phone was so badI never received a replyI will stay away from Whalen when I am looking for furniture in the future

I bought the *** *** *** *** *** * * *** *** *** on Februdary 11, I began to assemble and when I got to the last step of attaching the doors I realized they had deep scratchesMy wife called and they offered to return it to *** or have replacements doors shippedI decided to keep it as it was 95% built alreadyI have numerous correspondents were the rep says they will be sending the doors to my address when they come itWe are now in August and I still have no doors*** *** ***
