I would NOT recommend this company to do service EVERLeave your equipment broken before doing business with themAfter waiting days to get a repairman out to my place, he doesn't have the common part on his truck, even though I told the lady that took the call I thought that was what it was (and I was correct)Another repair guy comes more days later at the exact time I told the first NOT to come because we would be busyminutes later he has the repair completeNow the bill- $to travel miles$for minutes worth of work as the labor cost and $for the part that I could have bought on [redacted] for $with free shippingAfter talking to their manager, apparently they do not feel that this is unjustHe made no effort to appease me or offer any kind of refund due to this unjust chargesHe just told me about how much it costs them to do business, which I can appreciate, but highway robbery is highway robberyIf you [redacted] your victims, I mean customers, they will never come back to do business with youI would only recommend this company to do business with if you are uber wealthy and can just throw money away to have them service your equipmentUnprofessional office staffUnprofessional managersNot customer focused in any manner
