I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
When I first showed them the broken lights I was told that they would be replacedI was told that a work order would be put in to do soThe next morning when they called they told me I would have to purchase the lightsThat is why I contacted Revdex.comI do not feel it is my responsibility to purchase the lights that were broken while my boat was stored with themMy lights were not broken when I dropped my boat offI am the only person who trailers my boat and in no way could have possibly broken not one, but both of my lightsI have stored my boat there a few years and have never had a problem until nowThere were boats stored with mine, obviously mine was overlooked and damaged as a resultI would never have driven with my tail lights outIf they would have been broke when I dropped them off I would have asked to have them replacedThis is where I got all my service doneThey have got this one wrong and it is too bad because I was a loyal customer of theirs and would have brought my boat there yearly to for work and storage

There were no brokenlenses on the ground near his boat and if we broke a light...
we would of replaced it before hecame to get the boat in the spring. As far as we know the lights could of been broken before hebrought his boat to us. We offered to provide the labor for free which would be an hour for85.00, If he purchase the lights for 46.00. We thought that we were being fair since we had noproof that we did damage them or If they were in that conditlon when he brought the boat in.We have been in business for over 30 years and have many satisfied customers.
