Whimsical Twist

Review: Placed an order with the web store Whimsical Twist. One item did not ship. After repeated attempts to contact the owner, [redacted], she finally responded that the item in question had been received damaged from the manufacturer and that she would issue me a refund. Never received a refund. Have been trying to contact her through email and Facebook, no response even though she is active on several sites selling scrapbook supplies. The web store I ordered from now looks to be closed.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the product I paid for and never received, plus the shipping charge.
