Review: On 8/**/13 I was in long island for a visit. I need a car wash so I went to Car Brite Car Wash & Detail center located at 400 east Jericho Tpke in Huntington Station. As I have previously done in the past. I order the supreme wash ( top of the line). When my car was done I got I and started to drive away. that was when I noticed my car charger was missing. I imediatly went back to the shop to notify them. The woman behind the counter went outside and asked the men working on the line. No one knew any thing. Then one of the workers went into my car to look and see if it was there. It was not. I was then told that the owner would be notified when he came in, and I would get a call. After 3 hours I called the shop and was told the owner did not come in that he would be texted and told to call me. As the close of business came I called the shop again to inquire what was going to be done. I was then told the owner was on his way back from upstate and he would call me in about 2 hours or Sunday morning. Again I recieved no call. This keep going on all day Sunday. I tried calling again on 8/**/13 and was told I'll tell him again.I would like to be reimbursed for the cost of my phone charger which was purched at best buy for a cost of $25 and the cost of my car wash which was $30.42. As I have tried in good faith to settle this matter it appers the business refuses to do so.Desired Settlement: As I stated above I would like to be reimbursed for the cost of the car charger ($25) as well as the cost of my car wash ($30.42)

Dear [redacted], I apologize for any inconvenience this caused you and I am aware, based on your complaint, that you are upset about a charger being missing and the lack of response. I was away from the **th to the **th and unaware of the situation until the morning of 8/** upon seeing a Revdex.com letter in the postal mail. I would be glad to pay for the charger once provided with a receipt for the $25 OR will provide a car charger that works for you from my C-store if you tell me what kind of phone you use - at which point I can mail it to you at your home address or you can come pick it up at the wash. As for the wash itself, I see no complaints about the level of service or the cleanliness of the car, so I am unwilling to provide reimbursement for the wash. Also, we do not sell any washes labeled Supreme ? I am willing, however, to give you a free Full Service wash at the time you come in for your phone charger in consideration of the inconv enience - if you would like this ? I hope this satisfies you and I would be willing to discuss personally now that I am back in town and again, I apologize for the lack of response because I was away. Thank you.
