Do not buy anything from these thief's! I been through 5 stoves. They damaged my new door. And the refrigerator I bought in april is dead! I have sens served them with lawyer papers twice no answer! I have the bbb file 2 complaints. But they wont answer. Gonna sue them as soon as the bbb complaint is done. I wont get my money don't make the mistake I made these people are crooks! Do not buy from them!

Review: -Technician was extremely rude, management refused to correct problem, technician refused to do work unless I paid him cash, even though this appliance repair was warranty work. Technician was over 1 and half hours late on multiple occasions. The company did not contact me for over a month to let me know when the tech was coming out to repair stove, once I contacted to company to figure out what the issue was and when they where coming to fix the stove they where extremely rude and and took about 3 days to call me back.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my $70 diagnostic fee and I would like the stove to repaired as well as having a different technician come to my house.
