The below correspondence was sent to *** *** on December 11, at 8:27am. He has been fully refunded for his purchase of $132.00. *** *** placed an order on our Website on November 14, and received an order confirmation immediately which showed he only entered one
address to ship the *** gifts. When he called our Customer Service department on December 10, 2017, the representative informed him the order had already shipped to the address he provided us. *** *** acknowledged that he received the White Flower Farm order confirmation but he didn't review it to make sure his information was accurate. He has been fully refunded. This merchant canceled my $300+ online order without explanation and without informing me I had to dispute the charges on my *** to get a refund I spoke to a "supervisor" named Diane W***, who refused to put the owner of this "family business" on the phone At this point, I cannot locate replacement plants for my garden and am FURIOUS with this merchant In fact, I HATE THEM This is the second time that an order that I placed with them was never sent They also failed to ship a gift amaryllis that I bought in for my mother As a result, she had no flower for Christmas YET, they have held my money (and profited from the intwerest) for over days This financial scam needs to be investigated

has shown me that they are honest and they were very quick to resolve this issue.  I have been burnt by companies before when ordering online but this time I was totally wrong and I do apologize.  Please give them an excellent Revdex.com Rating they deserve it.   Thank you, [redacted]

Review: We ordered over $200 of very expensive tomato plants that arrived largely covered in mold. The mold was actively sporulating (think of what a dandelion going to seed looks like). The plants that didn't have their base stems covered in mold still had a very active mold presence and were clearly struggling. White Flower Farm informed us that planted them outside would would fix this problem.As I suspected- I have been growing heirloom tomatoes for more than ten years- the mold areas turned into necrotic lesions and the dying plants need to be disposed of.

We have no record of the customer contacting us regarding her order. A refund has been issued in the amount of $123.35 for the tomato plants, as replacements are not available at this time.
