Review: On 11/25/13 I decided to give my new Ford Escape a bath and since I had never used White Glove in the past decided that I would spend $10-$15 and have them do the washing. Everyone was very nice and it turned out that it cost me $13 for the car wash. The problem started when the operators turned on my emergency lights (to show the engine was running they said) and evidently bumped the windshield washer handle next to the steering wheel. This put it into sensing mode that it would run when it determined water was on the windshield. When the vehicle came through the right windshield wiper was gone and the wipers were running. I immediately told the operator and they said they would find the wiper. After the car came out of the machine, they stopped the machine and found the wiper under the tracks rollers and had to pry it out from under which tore it up more. They then gave me a business card to call about the problem. I went to Advanced Auto Parts down the street and had to buy new wipers ($47.04). When I called the number about compensation, [redacted] said he would have to talk to the employees on site and would call me the next day.He never called. I called the following day and left a voice mail and still haven't heard. The car wash that was suppose to cost $10-$15 ended up costing me $60 and White Glove is not responding to my request for some remuneration.Desired Settlement: I believe that White Glove owes me the $47.04 that the new wipers cost.

Review: I just bought a new car, took it to the car wash and my GPS was missing when I went to use it. No one else has been in the car and this is why I know that the GPS was taken from my car at the car wash. I went to complain and the first manager walked away. I followed him and he said talk to another manager who said he would take an official report, but just left me waiting. I want my GPS replaced at the cost of $80.00.Desired Settlement: Either a replaced GPS or the cost to purchase a new one at $80.00.

Review: I went in to have my car hand washed and wand waxed. The bugs on the front of the car were not all gone. So the CSR used a chemical called Disolve All on the bug splats. The chemical reacted with my $800 clear bra and left it damaged on the hood. I tried to resolve the issue with Ken Hoffman but he basically said it's the chemical's fault and not the car washes fault. I should go to the chemical mfg and complain to them. So the issue still stands that White Glove car wash destroyed my clear bra.Desired Settlement: I want them to replace the part they damaged. Plain and simple. I can take it to the clear bra company and have them cut a check or payment directly to them so that they know I am being honest with actually getting it fixed. I am not here to just take the money and live with it. I really want it fixed.

Review: Took new van with less than 1000 miles on it for a cleaning I asked for a hand wash so it would bot get scratched in the machine when I picked up the van the bumper had been hit it has scratches all on the passenger side I took the van back they said they would not cover damages cause their worker said he didn't hit anything so now I am stuck with damage to my new van they treated me like I was lying the worker would not look anyone in the eye each time he was asked if he hit somethingDesired Settlement: I feel like the owner should know that they treated me bad and also fix the damages to my new van

Review: I went to White Glove Car Wash on June 17th during my lunch break to get my car washed. The shop was closing early because it looked like it was going to rain and I was told they were closed. A manager walked over and said they were not closed yet and I was welcome to get my car washed. I choose to do so. After my car was washed, the attendants were visibly irritated that I had chosen to get my car washed, possibly because it delayed them closing early. I was in a bit of a hurry because I needed to get back to work, so I tipped the attendees and quickly drove away. Immediately, I noticed all my windows had a film on them. It looked like oil, possibly from using a dirty rag to clean the windows. I tried to clean the windows when I got home, but have not been able. It seems that an oil based substance was poured down my door panels making it impossible to clean the windows. I was able to clean the front and back windows, but the driver and passenger windows become oily after rolling them down. I've been trying to fix this problem to no avail. I'm really upset. I feel retaliated against and for no reason. I just wanted my car washed and tipped the attendants extra for keeping them a bit longer. Now I don't know what to do to get the problem fixed. I'm turing to the Revdex.com because I cannot get a hold of anyone at the car wash and I don't work in Wilmington anymore so I cannot stop by...not that I would any way. I'll never go back to a White Glove.Desired Settlement: I want what ever was done to my vehicle fixed. Wether that is opening up the door panels and cleaning them, or replacing them. I'm am prepared to fight this as long as necessary. This type of behavior is unacceptable and I won't be the one to let it pass by. I am contacting Revdex.com now because I figured I could get it cleaned, buy I cannot. I need White Glove to figure out how to get it fixed and resolve the issue.

Don't use this wash under any circumstances. Caused over $2,000 worth of damage to my truck and promised repeatedly to reimburse me for the repairs and never did.
