I had White Glove out to clean my carpets before Thanksgiving They did a wonderful job and I'm still smiling about it today as I walk around The entire staff was professional, hard working, and focused on customer satisfaction Mike did a great job explaining the various services and handling any special concerns I had It was a fabulous experience from start to finish and I will definitely call them in the future!

We had large rooms, hallway, and steps cleaned after housing dogs in the area for several monthsThey consulted with us regarding options for cleaning, including the deep cleaning of a very dense carpet and treatment for pet stainsThey were professional, took the time necessary, and did a great jobI never thought the lighter carpet in one room could every look that good again

In my professional opinion the carpet did not need a steam rinse and the product I used did not require itThis is a simple case of "Less is more"Mr*** was impressed and happy with the results
As for the area rug: We do not add stains to carpetWe used the same procedure and got great resultsAs I stated to Mr*** we are not responsible for any pre existing conditions like loose fibers or bindingI told Mr*** that we clean the rug then we let it dry for a few daysDo it again then again until we have the perfect resultUnfortunately, this was a challenging perildirt or spots is usually a week or turn aroundThis took the effort of our entire staff to cleanI gave Mr*** an update he told me "take your time, I'm going on vacation"I don't know if it was a week or month vacationI apologize the turn around time was longer than anticipatedThe day of delivery we had rugs to deliverWe had Edina rugs and he simply grabbed the wrong oneagain my apologies

Mike and Scott arrived on time an did a fantastic job on my carpets They were done before I knew it and the carpets looked great Appreciate the steam cleaning vs chemicals Super happy with the guys I am a customer for life

Pans are set for delivery 1/4 and will be placed in the back as was requested.

We at White Glove Cleaning are deeply sorry that [redacted] was unsatisfied with our service. I do believe at this time all three appointments have been honored. There was some difficulty with scheduling this customer as she is over 20 miles...

out of our service area. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused her. We did wave the final fuel surcharge fee of $25 due to some rescheduling.
Also, the coupon is good for 2 hours of cleaning per visit and we are not always able to complete all of the customers wish list in the time allowed. We do leave time in our day if the customer would like to purchase extra time for us to stay and complete more work.

We had our whole house carpet cleaned and a week old beer stain completely removed from our new sofa. The guys were friendly, professional and quick. We were very please with the service White Glove provided and we will be using them again for any future needs!

Do it again then again until we have the perfect result. Unfortunately, this was a challenging peril. Normal dirt or spots is usually a week or 2 turn around. This took the effort of our entire staff to clean. I gave Mr. [redacted] an update he told me "take your time, I'm going on vacation". I don't know if it was a 1 week or 2 month vacation. I apologize the turn around time was longer than anticipated. The day of delivery we had 11 rugs to deliver. We had 3 Edina rugs and he simply grabbed the wrong one. again my apologies.

I know that there are SO many companies that offer cleaning services but I will always ONLY use White Glove for 3 reasons:
1. Cleanliness - nothing comes close to White Glove's cleaning. They use a VAN as their vacuum to steam clean carpeting and upholstery! And if you're not satisfied after they go they'll come back! (but I've always been very pleased with their work the first time around!)
2. Value - to my knowledge they will meet or BEAT other competitor offers. Just mention that to them and see what they can offer and you'll be pleased!
3. Professionalism - very timely - very communicative about arrival time(s) - very joyful - and wants to ensure you're happy with their work.
This spring I had them clean a sectional, two rooms and a hallway and it was a "night and day" difference after they finished.

We had living room, hallway and stairway carpet cleaned as well as a sofa and love seat. Mike did an excellent job - everything looks great. Would recommend to family and friends.
