Used to be a great company, but not any more.
I ordered $99.98 worth of juice for them a month ago, and still have not received it. I got a shipping notification on the 7th of Dec, and here it is the 4th of January, and still no juice. I have emailed 2 both their help email address, as well as the personal email for them 2 times each, and I have called them twice but got only voicemail. I left a message both times, yet nobody has answered any of my emails, nor has anyone returned my call. The tracking number they gave me shows pre-shipment, awaiting item. My local PO says they never recieved the item. Nobody at White Label answers emails or voicemails. Apparently, I am now out $100. It's a shame, because I used to love this company. Their juice was top notch, and quite affordable, but it appears customer service is no longer a priority from them, and I question if they are even still shipping orders at all. I'm obviously not happy I have apparently just wasted $100, but saddened by the decline of this once outstanding company.

Review: Last week I ordered a custard flavor sample pack (3mg nicotine) and when the package arrived yesterday, the side of the package was wide open and my product was not in the package. When I called the "Contact Us" phone number, it said their voicemail was full so I couldn't even contact them to let them know they screwed up my order but they were kind enough to leave a thank you for your purchase card in the package... I am very disgruntled as I paid this company and they didn't even send me the product and are unavailable for contact.Desired Settlement: The outcome that is REQUIRED to happen is White Label Juice is to send me another package actually containing what I paid for ( custard flavor sample pack 3mg's nicotine) in the first place WITH priority OVERNIGHT mail. This is more than fair considering they sent me an empty package the first time and aren't competent enough as company owners/empolyees to ensure their voicemail isn't full. Sending a customer an empty package after money had already been removed from my account is unacceptable and borderline theft.
