White Plains Radiology Associates

Review: Approximately December 2013 a 3-way conference call origianted between Deidre of Blue Cross (my ins. co.) and [redacted] at White Plains Radiology regarding a $250 charge that I paid for an MRI on 4/**/13. The $250 charge was a "penalty" because Blue Cross said there was no authorization byt [redacted] at Whute Plains Radiology said there was an authorizataion. In January 2014 I received a telephone message from WP Radiology stating I would be receving a refund of $250.I sent letters to White Plains Radioilogy on the following dates and have not received any response: 12/**/13,3/**/14, 4/**/14.I spokw with [redacted] at WP Radiology on 11/**/13 and was told to wait 4-6 weeks. No check came. I spoke with [redacted] on 1/**/14 and was told to wait for check. I spoke with [redacted] on 3/**/14 and was told the paperwork was in the bin marked "to be paid". I spoke with [redacted] on 4/**/14 and was told to call on Monday if I did not received check. I called [redacted] on 4/**/14 per her request and left 3 different messages, but have received no response and no check.Desired Settlement: I would like for White Plains Radiology to issue me the refund check of $250.00 for the 4/**/13 MRI. I would also like WP Radiology to state on their bills if there is a penalty rather than incorporating the amount into their bill under MRI ABD C- / C+
