White Water Creek

This company is rampant with extremely high turnover of employees, poorly built residences and understaffed, inexperienced personel. They have a highly unethical business practice and are completely rude and disrespectful to their customers and employees as well. I could not in good conscious recommend anybody to be involved with this company in any way shape or form.

I had an absolute terrible time with this company and wouldn't recommend renting from them to anyone. I applied to live in the riverstone place apartments at the beginning of August. After SO much hassle, and having to show a year of pay stubs and so much extra bs, I finally got approved this last Friday. I was excited it was done and just wanted to move in. But of course no one answered my call Friday. Saturday came around and they tell me they're too busy to move me in and I'd have to wait until Monday to move, but they would give me a $250 credit. Okay I can deal with that. Monday comes and no one calls or answers. I go in there and it happens the girl was sick and because of that I wasn't allowed to move in until today, Tuesday. Uhmmmm? Also I had paid my deposit the beginning of August. I call early this am no one answers. I go on my work break and it just excuse after excuse, they tell me to go to work and everything will be ready to sign my lease when I return at 5pm. I come back at 5pm to hear that after they've told me I've been approved for four days, they've delayed me and caused me so much hassle, that "the investor didn't approve me" WHAT? I already left my previous home, was having a couch delivered that night, and I felt like my life fell through. The people in the office were pretty nice, especially the guy but all they did was give me my money back and that was that. They did offer me to move across the street to an uncleaned 2 bedroom apartment for $200 more a month, and nothing else. I'm 18 years old, I have three jobs and work my butt off, but there's no way I could afford $750. so I just left crying and that was that. I wouldn't recommend renting from this company unless you're looking to be without & a big heartache. It sucks how excited I was to move in there but it just means there's something better out there for me instead of dealing with people like this

This company is awful in every aspect. Their properties are built terribly, they have mean staff who don't seem to know what they are doing and it would seem that they go out of their way to make things difficult and unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.
