After reading the customer statement I went and spoke to my service manager, ***. We talked with our service writer, ***, and asked what had taken place. I do apologize it seems that we just had a lack of contact with the customer and didn't give a call back when we should have.
When we had the truck in the shop we ran multiple tests. The only thing that seemed to create a problem was a aftermarket remote start. We unhooked the remote start the vehicle was then ran for a considerable amount of time and we were unable to duplicate any failure. After talking with *** today he called *** and set up a time to get the vehicle back in the shop so we can work on the problem and get it taken care of
