on Oct 7th we had a break down while driving thru Wyoming we have a ford expedition so we looked for a ford dealer and boy we found the best in the ford familythey took care of us as if we lived next doorthey went out of there way for uswe had a trailer hooked to it and they let me use a truck to get it to a hotel and my wife to go to a grocery storelook I sold cars for over years ans not many dealers would have done thatthe general manager Dave, top notch guy! the service manger and tech that worked on my car top notchif I lived in WY I would buy from themthey may be a small dealership but BIG heartedone of the last truly honest car dealers out thereI say this because I was NOT in a good mood when we got there stressed out with a breakdown driving a 26ft moving truck with my wifes car in tow her with my kids in the expeditionthey just understood and still treated me like family like I was the only customer they hadTHANK YOU!!!

*** ***,In response to complaint from *** * ***, please review the
following.Mr***’s son (***) brought the vehicle to us originally on April 28th (RO # ***) for The Works Fuel Saver Package, (oil change and Tire rotation), and that the windshield washer nozzles weren’t spraying correctly. As a courtesy we do at no charge, a Multi-Point Inspection to check for any concerns that the customer may or may not know about on their vehicleDuring this inspection it was reported that the Battery on the vehicle was weak only had cold cranking amps and the battery was rated for cold cranking ampsAlso noted was the PTU seal was leaking and the Right hand Constant Velocity boot was leaking grease. When the vehicle was picked up later that day the works fuel save package and the diagnosis for the Windshield washer concern was paid for $147.78 At that time new windshield nozzles were order and an appointment was set for *** to bring the vehicle back.Mr***’s son returned on May 2nd (RO #***) to have the Nozzles installed $21.70, a new battery installed $151.95, the PTU seal and cover replaced $and the Right front CV axle including the boot that was described on the previous RO (the boot cannot be replaced without the axle as it is all one component) $Miscellaneous Fees (shop charges) $and Sales Tax $for a total of $1071.65. At no time prior to the repair were we notified that any of the above repairs had been replaced and paid for by the customer at a prior dealership and may qualify for the Parts Service Warranty provided by ***.After we became aware that there was previous repairs paid for by Mr*** *** Case # ***, we suggested that he return to the previous repair facility and provide them with the new repairs to have them submit to *** for reimbursement, This has been done on numerous occasions and without any problems to the customerEither the previous repair facility can’t be bothered to help Mr *** or Mr *** hasn’t provided the documentation to them so that process can begin.According to the complaint, Mr*** said that he has not been contacted by us since November 22nd, our Service manager Brian N***, did contact Mr*** and suggested to him to contact the previous repair facility, give them copies of the repairs that we did, so they could get reimbursementSimply, because that is the easiest way to get reimbursed after the factHad we been notified prior to the repair being started or completed, and documentation provided to us, we would have taken care of it at that time as long as it was a covered repair.We would be happy to assist in getting reimbursement for Mr *** from *** *** ***, if he can provide us with the documentation for the previous repairs, and those repairs are covered by the Parts and Service WarrantyPlease keep in mind that if *** reimburses for the repairs, it may be at a lessor dollar amount than what was paid as Customer pay Labor and Parts. Please have Mr*** contact Brian N*** our Parts and Service Director @ *** and provide prior repair documentation to ***Sincerely,Brent C***
