SCAM isn't a strong enough description for this place. Please STAY AWAY. They do not care about you, or your health. They care about money. Dr. DiCesaro is a fast talker who does not like to be questioned. After having two bouts of sickness in a 6 week period, my doctor told me not to follow through with the purchased program. After multiple phone calls, I finally received a return call from an office person who really had no business discussing this situation with me. Clearly she was not qualified for a call of this nature. She basically told me the office sees no reason I cannot continue with the program. After telling her this is not acceptable, and putting me on hold twice for a long period of time, Dr. DiCesaro gets on the phone with an attitude as if I am bothering him. Very different demeanor from when he took my money. He basically told me my doctor has no idea what he is talking about. When I asked why I cannot have a refund for the cost of what I never used, he went into telling me how much he spent for equipment at his business. My concern is not for his equipment, my concern is my health. Very reluctantly he offered for me to return the opened $165 supplements, but he could do nothing about the remaining $500+ I spent. How this man sleeps at night is beyond me. I am grateful I am not him. There is no reason this had to come to me writing a negative review. He could have offered a fair refund that did not require me returning to the facility. He did not. He could have talked to me with respect, and dignity. He did not. He could have trusted my doctor’s recommendation, and my belief of what my doctor knows about my health. He did not. He could do some soul searching about what it means to really care about people, and run a respectable business. Clearly he has not. For his sake, and for those who choose to do business with this man, I sure hope he does. Should Dr. DiCesaro choose to make this situation right, I will gladly remove this review, and replace it with a review of this business doing right by people. Which is exactly what I intended to do had he been fair. Unfortunately, he was not.

4-6-2016In regards to the complaint filed by Ms [redacted] Ms [redacted] presented to our office on 3-3-for weight and size management servicesAfter a lengthy consultation, (45-minutes including examination) a course of action was proposed and accepted by her.She began following our protocol which consists of an initial nutritional consultation with our nutritionist (hours) and after agreeing to follow the caloric, nutritional and treatment session guidelines she was allowed to begin the course of bi weekly treatments. After the first weeks the measurements taken reflected the amount of inch lossIt was below the accepted standard for this time frameShe was then instructed to immediately meet again with our nutritionist to fix any inconsistencies in her diet or confusion as to the required protocolsIn the following weeks it was apparent that she did not.Rarely do any patients spend the money to not follow the protocolAnd yet there are a fewWe take pride in the results the over patients in the last years have achieved with the advanced technology and commitment to personal coaching and guidance we provideI personally cannot make the patient follow the guidelines that are explained in great detail over the 120-minutes of consultation they have to attend to be able to be accepted into the program. It is my firm belief that if she had followed the standard and protocol she would have had the exact results proposed in our lengthy meetings.I understand the situation as presented from her sideYet I cannot make her take responsibility for her actions. If Ms [redacted] is willing to follow the protocols I would be willing to wipe the slate clean and start her program over againShe would be getting a refresher consultation and then the sessionsOr she could choose one of the other weight loss programs if she qualifies medically.DrAnthony D [redacted] Whitehall Health Centre ###-###-####

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! COMPLETE SCAM!!!!! They lure you in with gimmicks (Groupn, Amazon Local, or Specials) and then con you into spending way more money than you ever thought possible DrAnthony D*** seems really nice and concerned about your weight loss at first, but then you realize he is only out for money (which he will eventually make clear, once you start asking too many questions and he gets fed up and just blurts it out) He may even say it in a nice way (ex: Look I like you, but I'm here to make money) The "doctor" (DrTim D***) that works for the practice and the "nutritionist" (Roger D***) are in on the scam as well It sounds too good to be true and it is They promise you concierge weight loss service, but it's more like sucker we got your money, so figure it out for yourself The slender ray system is a joke It does nothing, but project light onto your body You will lose inches, but that is because you have to work out after So of course you are going to lose inches The glasses you must wear during the procedure are not cleaned in between clients and are dirty and greasy The towels that cover the treatment bed are sometimes changed after your treatment and sometimes not The injections they con you into getting come loose in plastic bags They are not sterile and are lugged back and forth between multiple offices without proper refrigeration I know they do NOT change the needle heads when filling the syringesThe girls who work in the office are not licensed to give you the shots, but they can watch you do it yourself The girls are happy to tell patient (ex: other patients have HIV, can anyone say HIPPA violation!?!?!?!?) and company secretsThe girls act like they are your biggest supporters, but I am sure they get a cut from the fraudulent service or else they wouldn't work at a place like thisDrD*** and DrD*** should have their medical licenses revoked for getting away with such unethical medical practices The reputation DrD*** has built for himself in the Whitehall community is appallingI cannot believe he is still in business I don't want anyone else to be taken advantage like I was, that is why I am taking the time to write this review and warn others Please listen to my warning and do not fall victim to their claims It will only cost you a lot of time, money and hassle

I am writing this letter in response to the incorrect and misteading response by Dr. D[redacted] to my complaint #[redacted] regarding Whitehall Health Centre & Laser Spa. Although the accusations in the letter are not true, I am glad that he responded to you since he has not responded to the many attempts I have made to get information from him.In the doctors letter it states that I was instructed to meet with the nutritionist and that it was apparent that I did not.... This is absolutely NOT a true statement. I meet with the nutritionist every time I was advised to meet with him and bought $389.00 worth of vitamins and supplements they recommended. During one visit the nutritionist said he liked my diet choices and I was doing well. He said to just keep doing what I was doing and be patient. When I ask him why I was not losing weight he responded that I was gaining muscle. I ask him how he could know that, he hadn't used his body fat machine on me since the first visit. I said if that is true, use that body fat machine again and show me that it has a different number than the first time he used it on me. He responded that he could tell I was gaining muscle by looking at what I was eating and he didn't need to use the body fat machine to know that. He was experienced and I should just take his word for it. Then he went into a rant about me being impatient and that he had been on a diet that was so strict that o one in the office would be able to stick to it and he had only lost a few pounds.I not only followed the guidelines of the program, I exercised more than what they recommend and followed the diet meticulously. The money I spent on this is a very significant amount of money to me and I wanted to be sure I was doing my part. After my treatments I stayed on the treadmill for at least an hour and sometimes I stayed for an hour and a half to two hours. I kept a excel spreadsheet with everything I was eating, how many calories, total fat, sat. fat, trans. Fats, sodium, proteins, sugars, carbs, fiber, potassium, and cholesterol, I had conditional formatting on the totals so that they would change to red if I went over the daily allowance. I still have copies of my diet log from 3/7/2014 - 4/14/2014. I have enclosed one day's diet log with this letter as an example. I can produce the remaining if it is necessary. I printed these daily diet logs and presented them to the nutritionist.... He told me that what I was doing was overkill and not necessary... I continued with them anyway. I followed their program to sickening detail.I understand that the doctor treats many patients and that he claims that he has many people that the treatments worked on. But that does not mean that he shouldn't have to honor the agreement he had with me. Dr. D[redacted] advertises "guaranteed results". He also had me sign a guarantee. He and his staff refused to give a copy of the guarantee to me. For some reason
this treatment did not work on me. I can guarantee that is was not because I did not do as I was advised. It is my firm belief that the doctor's treatment does not work on everyone. And that from the very start the doctor had and still has no intention of honoring his guarantee,I will not start his treatment program over, as he suggests in his letter. The program failed miserably the first time. The Doctor states that it was because I did not "follow the protocols" which is absolutely NOT TRUE. Therefore I have no reason to believe that it will work a second time, I will not subject myself to mistreatment from the doctor or the nutritionist ever again. It is unfortunate that a doctor cannot find enough decency within himself to honor the spirit of the agreement he makes with every one of his patients when he "guarantees results". I guess it was just an advertizing slogan to him, and t am just the poor sap who fell for it. I guess Dr. D[redacted] figures since 3000 patients achieved results from his program and I am the only one it didn't work on that there is no need for him to honor his agreement. And that is just sinful.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! COMPLETE SCAM!!!!! They lure you in with gimmicks (Groupn, Amazon Local, or Specials) and then con you into spending way more money than you ever thought possible. Dr. Anthony D[redacted] seems really nice and concerned about your weight loss at first, but then you realize he is only out for money (which he will eventually make clear, once you start asking too many questions and he gets fed up and just blurts it out). He may even say it in a nice way (ex: Look I like you, but I'm here to make money). The "doctor" (Dr. Tim D[redacted]) that works for the practice and the "nutritionist" (Roger D[redacted]) are in on the scam as well. It sounds too good to be true and it is. They promise you concierge weight loss service, but it's more like sucker we got your money, so figure it out for yourself. The slender ray system is a joke. It does nothing, but project light onto your body. You will lose inches, but that is because you have to work out after. So of course you are going to lose inches. The glasses you must wear during the procedure are not cleaned in between clients and are dirty and greasy. The towels that cover the treatment bed are sometimes changed after your treatment and sometimes not. The injections they con you into getting come loose in plastic bags. They are not sterile and are lugged back and forth between multiple offices without proper refrigeration. I know they do NOT change the needle heads when filling the syringes. The girls who work in the office are not licensed to give you the shots, but they can watch you do it yourself. The girls are happy to tell patient (ex: other patients have HIV, can anyone say HIPPA violation!?!?!?!?) and company secrets. The girls act like they are your biggest supporters, but I am sure they get a cut from the fraudulent service or else they wouldn't work at a place like this. Dr. D[redacted] and Dr. D[redacted] should have their medical licenses revoked for getting away with such unethical medical practices. The reputation Dr. D[redacted] has built for himself in the Whitehall community is appalling. I cannot believe he is still in business. I don't want anyone else to be taken advantage like I was, that is why I am taking the time to write this review and warn others. Please listen to my warning and do not fall victim to their false claims. It will only cost you a lot of time, money and hassle.

Review: We bought a Groupon for 500 dollars. Which is a deal 60% off service at Whitehall Health service. We paid 500 for the groupon and an additional 1000 for their service. After talking wiht my Spouse we agreed we did not want their service. we called up and canceled everything. They said it was fine. We had nothing done. we did get 500 for refund from groupon and Whitehall Health Centre gave us 500 dollar refund. I called to ask about the other 500 I gave in cash and they said we are not sending you 500 dollars. We are keeping it for canceling our service.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund. (Buyer Beware) This company is crooked. They said we did not have to pay anything to stop service and now they are keeping 500 dollars for their own. We did not have any treatments done.

Review: I bought a certificate for 6 i-lipo treatments at Whitehall Health Center from a promotion on Amazon local for $389. At my first consultation Dr. D[redacted] talked me out of the i-lipo treatments and into 15 Slender-Ray treatments which cost me $2500.00. In addition, I had to follow a nutritional program that cost me over $300.00 in supplements. He guaranteed I would get results starting with the first treatment. After 8 treatments I saw no (zero) results, but the staff kept going on about the success of my treatments. Since I was not seeing the same results as the staff, I told the Doctor’s assistant I wanted to stop treatments until I could talk to the doctor about what was going on. She said the doctor would get a hold of me. He did not. I have tried to get a hold of the doctor repeatedly and have written him letters to try to resolve the matter, still, no response from the doctor. I requested a copy of the contract/guarantee I signed; he did not respond. I have not been able to get any response at all from the doctor and I am out $2800.00.Desired Settlement: Mr. D[redacted] talked me out of my original purchase and convinced me the more expensive one would work better (bait and switch I think) he then guaranteed me results. Since the sessions didn't produce any results I think I should get a refund.
