I purchased a $1,faucet from Whitehaus when I renovated my kitchen The hose developed a leak after the warranty had expiredI was told by two independent plumbers that even though it was just the hose that had a leak, the design was such that the entire faucet would have to be replaced-- not just the hose I called Whitehaus twice to ask if they could either send a replacement hose or sell me a replacement faucet at a reduced price Both times a customer service representative told me he would get back to me and both times he did not I would not do business with this company
