many yearsAs she has stated to us repeatedly, “You are the best and only tailor for me.” *** *** came to us with a black lace maxi dress to be shortened to accommodate the three-inch espadrille shoes she was wearing, as well as summer flatsDuring the fitting, I fully explained that accommodating the height of the heels as well as flat sandals was not possible and suggested blousing the top of the dress after it was shortened as pinned*** *** agreed that this was an acceptable alternative to her needsWe honored her request to complete the work quickly and did not charge her for the expedited service.*** *** picked up her dress a day laterI was not there to receive her callThe employee explained that I was not available to help herShe called a second time and was again told that I was not available to help her*** *** stated that the dress was not shortened and requested remuneration in the amount of $She then chose to take the dress to be altered elsewhere.Customer satisfaction and loyalty are our top priorityDespite the fact that we respectfully disagree with *** ***, we have refunded her the full amount for services rendered
