I bought this business and took over the ownership mid August My business website and flyer were not updated the day MsM accessed the site It is true that all she could find on the website was $for group sessions as an introductory package Since I became the owner of the studio, I’ve been trying to update information on the website, however this was not completed when MsM read the website. When I talked to ** * I mentioned that WLP would like to require hours of private sessions before signing up for group classes for the benefit and safety of the clients This is part of the now updated website. Review: Whitelight Pilates advertises a "New Client Offer," which is $55.00 for five group reformer classes. In order to take advantage of this offer however, you first have to purchase 3 private sessions at a cost of $150.00. This is not posted anywhere on their website or on their printed material.I only learned about this additional requirement after I telephoned them. They say it is because they have to teach you how to used the equipment correctly.Desired Settlement: Whitelight Pilates needs disclose the full details of their "New Client Offer" on their website and on their printed material.
