Customer made 1st payment on October 2nd, 2015, account came due again on November 12th.  There were several messages left to reach customer to make arrangements for the 2nd payment.  On December 10, 2015 after not being able to reach customer account was assigned out for repossession....

 After vehicle was picked customer called and spoke with collection manager.  On December 11th customer left message, collection manager called back to advise details to redeem vehicle had to leave message. There were no payments made to redeem vehicle and on January 28, 2016 account was paid by selling dealer funds per dealer agreement.Account posting as a Repossession with zero balance due to Whitestone, appears to be correct in credit file.
