Review: I purchased a galaxy phone for $400 + tax from this place. Less than 30 days later the phone was not charging. I went back and the guy said all he can do is send it back for repair for $65. I did this and paid the $65. Not even a month later the same issue persisted. I went back and told them its crazy that this is the 2nd time in one month that the phone is broken. They did nothing but be rude and say apparently I dont know how to charge a phone. I've had previous phones for years and never ever had this issue. I told the guy I spoke to that instead of selling defected phones they should be replacing them not "sending them out to be fixed" and not fixing the issue. The whole time I dealt with them they have been very shady. When I would call for an update while my phone was sent out they never had any updates. They said the phone would be back tomorrow and I didnt get it back until a week later. This business is a theif. I have now spent almost $600 (phone plus tax plus TWO repairs) and they want nothing to do with me as a customer. You would think that they would take responsibility for their products. I am now $600 poorer and still do not have a working phoneDesired Settlement: I do not ever want to deal with this company. They have taken $600 of my hard earned money and left me with a phone that does not work. I would love to have my money back and take my business elsewhere.

Thank you very much for the valuable information. We value our customers very much. Our main goal is to provide the best possible customer service and products to our valued customers. We are very sorry in case of any inconvenience. We have to admit with all respect that the allegations made are not true.

Our records indicate that a brand new Samsung Galaxy S3 sealed in original factory packaging was purchased on July **, 2013. All new phones have a factory warranty for factory defects and none physical damages. The customer has a choice to contact the factory directly in case there are factory defects.

Furthermore our records indicate that on August **, 2013 [redacted] brought the phone to our store. Our technician diagnosed the phone. The power supply chip was physically damaged. We informed [redacted] about the damage the repair cost. He agreed and requested to repair the phone, which we did.

Furthermore our records indicate that on September **, 2013 the phone was brought in. Our technician diagnosed the phone carefully. The charging port was physically damaged. We informed the costumer about the damage and we were requested to repair the phone, which we did. We also advised the customer in a very friendly manner to be careful while plugging and unplugging the charger. The new phones especially the Samsung Galaxy and LG series are very sensitive and delicate.

It is important to mention once we receive a phone for repair our technicians diagnose the device carefully. After diagnostic is completed we call our customers and explain the damage and the cost involved. If the customer agrees, we move forward and repair the device. All costumers sign the store agreement for repairs, which clearly explains the terms. Our customers have a 100% warranty for repairs on parts and labor within 7 business days. As a courtesy to our customers we usually extend the warranty.

In conclusion, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused to the costumer. Based on facts the phone was a brand new Samsung Galaxy S3 sealed in original factory packaging, self-evident with no defects whatsoever. The damages were caused physically and were repaired properly.

At this point we would like to offer our valued customer to bring the phone, we will check the charging port and the power supply chip. If required we will repair without any charges.

We appreciate your efforts and understanding in this matter very much.
